The route starts and ends at Nojimainari Shrine at the north east corner of the Miura peninsula.

-For the duration of the route there are fantastic views of the Miura Alps, a series of small mountains running through the interior of the peninsula. 

Route starts approximately 200yards from main springs parking lot. Trailhead is right behind the main spring. This route has no turn arounds. It’s basically one big loop. Great trail for beginners to get started or experienced runners to do some some speed work. Depending on the time of year there could be some puddles. Nothing a runner can’t handle.  This trail is located in manatee springs state park. One of Floridas prettiest parks. Plenty of deer and turkeys plus if you get lucky you will see manatees. 

Der Hohlen- und Höhenrundweg beginnt in Zeutern. Der Rundwanderweg bietet einige schöne Ausblicke. Von den Hohlen, über den Aussichtspunkt über Zeutern oder die Pauluskapelle.

Der Hohlen- und Höhenrundweg zeigt viele schöne Seiten aus Ubstadt-Weiher, wie zum Beispiel den Naturlehrpfad, die Hirschhohle, Hochberghohle. Hohlwege sind ein typisches Landschaftselement des Kraichgaus. Bis zu zwölf Meter tief gruben sich die Verbindungsgäßchen in den Löß ein. Verschiedene besonders eindrucksvolle Hohlwege  und ein wertvolles Naturschutzgebiet sind das Ziel der Route.
