Sheep's Head Way (Ireland)

Description

The Sheep’s Head Way walking route forms part of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way and it focuses on the famous Sheep’s Head peninsula in West Cork between Bantry Bay and Dunmanus Bay.

The main Sheep’s Head Way route begins in the historic West Cork market town of Bantry. From there you can go right to the end of the Sheep’s Head peninsula where you’ll find the Sheep’s Head lighthouse and views northwards across Bantry bay to the Beara peninsula and south across Dunmanus bay to the Mizen peninsula.

Lookout Road (Golden, CO)

Description

An incredibly popular cycling climbing route in Golden, CO.  This climb rewards runners with beautiful views of the surrounding area including North Table, South Table, Mount Galbraith and Downtown Golden.  It is composed of many switchbacks and an average grade of 5% on the way up.  This grade will test your ability to keep running and will challenge you to test your leg speed on the way down.

Border to Border Trail (Washtenaw County, MI)

Description

The Border-to-Border Trail (B2B) is a non-motorized pathway that connects cities, parks, and many destinations throughout Washtenaw County. More than 40 miles of trail exist as a part of the B2B today, with 70 miles planned. Sometimes called "The Huron River Greenway". Originally conceived as a trail to go from one side of Washtenaw County to the other, this route starts in Belleville, Michigan, and ends in Lyndon Township outside Chelsea, Michigan. 

This trail is also bikeable, but with a max speed of 15mph for bicycling, is much better suited for running or hiking FKT route. 

Meon Valley Churches Walk (United Kingdom)

Description

A beautiful route along the Meon visiting the churches founded in the 7th century by St Winifred. The route links up sites of religious and historic importance and the villages of the Meon Valley, surrounded by greenery and fertile downland. In the winter the route is peaceful and still, and in summer the route is lined with wildflowers.

MS Gulf Coast Bridge to Bridge (MS)

Description

A scenic, point to point 50k that covers the entire 26 miles of Mississippi's sandy beach coast line. This moderately trafficked route spans six coastal cities and is connected by paved sidewalks and boardwalks book ended by the Bay St. Louis and Biloxi Bay Bridges.
