Die Dhron (Germany)
The Creek Dhron is a right side inflow of the Mosel! This route follows the creek from its source to the Mosel, along foot paths and cycle paths.
It has his source in a field near Hinzerath-Hunsrück - non spectacular spring, only some bushes and a very wet ground around!
You follow the signs of Hunsrück-Steig "LandZeitTour" till castle ruin of Baldenau and up to Morbach. The Dhron is always beside you.
The valley of the Dhron is very silent and most of the track is signed by wooden marks "Hunolstein" or bike-route to Neumagen-Dhron, the wine-village of the estuary.

Castlemaine to Maldon
Starting at Castlemaine train station in Victoria's historic Goldfields Region, the route follows the old train line to nearby gold mining town Maldon. From Maldon train station the route goes straight up a short steep climb to the highest point in the area, the top of Mount Tarrangower, finishing with a view down over the town.
