Mt Sopris (CO)
Anyone who has driven to or through the Roaring Fork Valley has surely laid eyes on Mt. Sopris. This mountain dominates the skyline over Carbondale, Colorado and stands at 12,965', towering over the ~6,000' valley floor. It's certainly possible that someone has gone faster than 2:31:09, TH to TH but I haven't seen any evidence to indicate so. It's a beautiful route! Go run it!
Standard trail from Thomas Lakes TH to East summit and back. The route has a Strava segment.

Ryan has been actively racing since 2006 - winning and doing well in 26 Ultra's - then announced for 2020 he will focus exclusively on FKTs:
"I like racing, a lot. But this fall I asked myself what I really care to do the most. And that was easy. I love running in the wilderness. Alone in the biggest, best, and most wild mountains."

Burr Oak Backpack Trail (OH)
Jason Wish submitted the route:
The Burr Oak Backpack Trail (Burr Oak State Park) is a scenic journey up, over and along the wooded hills and ridges that define the shape of the Burr Oak Lake’s shoreline. For the majority of the trip, the trail is not far from water’s edge. Some stretches of the trail are near lake level, but most are anywhere from a few feet to over 100 feet in elevation above the lake. Ascents are generally short and mild with only a few exceptions, making this a nice trip for beginners.
