Description

This remote loop connects the two major mountain passes in the Northern Cairngorms (Lairig Ghru and Lairig an Laoigh). Whilst it is very rough underfoot, the ascents are gradual and there is no technical ground. Following obvious large geographical features, this aesthetic route was done clockwise, starting/finishing at Glenmore Lodge. Although never taking in summits, the route is mountainous and remote.
