The Northern Central Railroad (NCR) and York County Heritage (YCH) combine to create a simply an awesome trail. Despite its proximity to Baltimore, this 41 mile long trail follows nearly all rural terrain (with much of it along side Gunpowder Falls River). The surface is fine crushed gravel and is in generally good condition.
Pumpelly Trail is a 8.3 Mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Dublin, NH, that features some difficult ascents and great views at the top. Start at Dublin Lake. The out and back course is in total 8.1 Miles long with 2,558 ft of vertical gain. There is a Strava segment for the ascent. The Pumpelly Trail and Marlboro Trail are used for the Double Traverse, which has it's own Route page.
The Kidman Trail is a multi use horse riding, cycling and walking trail that traverses 269 kilometers of roadsides, forest tracks, private land and unmade road reserves with trail markers indicating route.

The Potawatomi Trail, in Pinckney State Recreation Area, is a 17.5 trail which is scenic, somewhat hilly and somewhat technical. It is open to mountain biking as well as hikers. Mountain bikers are encouraged to travel clockwise while hikers, counter clockwise. The trail does has several sub-routes where you can traverse shorter distances however the full trail is 17.5 miles.
