Crestone 14er Group (CO)
The Crestone Group, in the Sangre de Cristo Range, includes five 14ers: Humboldt, Kit Carson, Challenger Pt, Crestone Peak & Crestone Needle. They are usually approached from the South Colony TH. Getting all 5 in a single effort is a big outing.
We also have a Variation for Crestone Peak & Crestone Needle only, starting and finishing at the 2WD Trail Head of South Colony Road. A 19 mile round trip with around 8,000ft of elevation gain.
