This Trail Running route is an "Open-Loop" variation to Mt. Landale from the Cottonwood Main gate. Route ascends gently up Cottonwood Main before crossing the creek and grabbing the trail to Lomas Lake, continuing on to the summit by way of the North Ridge. Descent is via South Ridge and deactivated logging roads to the south, eventually coming out Widow Main and back to the starting point at the Cottonwood Gate. A fantastic loop and a true gem of the Cowichan Valley!

The Northern Sangres Traverse Loop starts/finishes at the Rainbow Trail Trailhead on the road up Methodist Mountain outside of Salida, CO. Start by hiking 20 miles southeast on the Rainbow Trail to Hayden Pass Road, then hike up the 5 miles and many thousands of feet of elevation gain to the top of Hayden Pass. From there, hike northwest 19 more miles and summit approx. a dozen named points/peaks, ending at Methodist Mountain. Jog the last 5 miles down the road back to the trailhead!

Bersntol è il nome in lingua paleo germanica della val dei Mocheni o valle del Fersina (Bersn). 

Il giro consiste nel toccare tutti i punti di confine della valle, partendo dal parcheggio che si trova appena prima dell'imbocco e toccando la cima del dosso di Costalta (1955m), Passo redebus, cima Rujoch (2414) e Schliverai (2432), per poi collegarsi alla parte finale della translagorai: Rifugio Sette Selle, Lago di Erdemolo , parcheggio Panarotta e scendere nuovamente alla partenza.

A route steeped in history, art and religious buildings.

Mount Wrightson is the highest point in the Santa Rita mountains and the 9th highest in Arizona with an elevation of 9,456 feet. The Mountain is named after a miner named William Wrightson who was killed by Apache warriors in 1865.  The Old Baldy trail is the shortest, but steepest route to the top of Mount Wrightson. This out-and-back trail is just over 10 miles round trip and gains around 4,000 feet of elevation as you travel through multiple ecological zones.

La corse est réputé pour son célèbre GR20, cependant il existe d'autres randonnées de renoms: les Mare à Mare !

Actuellement, chaque Mare à Mare à déjà été réaliser, mais encore personne n'a officiellement fait les 3 à suivre. 

L'objectif sera de commencer par le Mare à Mare Nord d'est en ouest. Puis de rejoindre le Mare à Mare Centre à Ajaccio en auto Stop. Réaliser le Mare à Mare centre d'ouest en est. De rejoindre Popriano en auto stop. Puis de réaliser le Mare à Mare sud d'ouest et en est et de finir cette aventure à Porto Vecchio.
