Domuyo is a stratovolcano from which the Cordillera del Viento is born, in the north of the Patagonian province of Neuquén, in the southwest of Argentina. With a height of 4707 m. It is the highest mountain in Patagonia.

You ascend to its summit in 2 or 3 days using the base camp and/or pirquitas camp 3800 m.

This route reaches the top of Domuyo from where the vehicles are left, no base camp.

That being said, it consists of asphalt, gravel, and dirt and has gentle but noticeable climbs with various sights such as Buffalo Creek, foundations of old homes, farmland, and more.
