The Mdaabii Miikna Loop is located in beautiful Pukaskwa National Park. Mdaabii Miikna stands for “go to the shore trail” in Ojibwe. This route consists of the Mdaabii Miikna Trail and also a small section of the Pukaskwa Coastal Trail to form a loop. It is a little over a 3 mile hike from Hattie Cove to get to the start of this loop. Great opportunity for a warm up and cool down.

Grouse Grind is probably the most famous trail in the north shore in Vancouver. Done by hundreds of people a day and very accessible. Very competitive times along. 

This walk is a 60-mile route, circumnavigating the city of Nottingham, and divided into 12 sections. It celebrates the villages and countryside around Nottingham, and explores its rich tapestry of local history – from the rolling hills and industrial towns of the north-west to the alluvial plains of the Trent and Soar with its small villages in the south-east.

Fishers Peak State Park - Parking lot to summit geodetic survey marker

This route is in the Fishers Peak State Park and is the most direct route to the summit of Fishers Peak. For the FKT the route starts at the gate at the parking lot and ends at the Geo marker at the summit. The peak is visible for most of the distance.
