Among the top 500 highest peaks in Colorado, London Mountain sits somewhat alone, seperating the Mosquito Creek Basin to the east and northeast from American Flats and the South Mosquito Basin to the southwest.

This route starts from the hostel Pic de l'Àliga and goes to the summit of Torreneules through the shortest path, the way down it's the same for going up.

• Start Laxey Promenade grid reference 442836.
• (about 4k to first cp) Turn left at the end of the Promenade, turn right over a bridge, ascend the hill, go straight over the crossroads and at 438844 turn left up an un-tarmacked lane.
• At a lane junction 439858 go straight on heading North  following the grass lane then go over a style 438866 onto the fell and ascend 
• (1) 396m, Slieau Ruy 441873.
• A ridge traverse is now taken at 320° (abt 700mtr) to
