I've always considered 8 hours as "the goal". Ran a 8:10 back in August of 2010, moved away for a while, then moved back to the mountains and was able to focus on the TCT again. Finally got it under 8 hours. Barely. I think I've got a 7:45 in me by the end of the summer. I'm sure someone else out there has sub-7 potential...
I am up in the Grand Teton National Park area this week, I will make an attempt at either this FKT male unsupported time, or the Teton Circumnavigation. These mountains are mind-blowing and wild! If I fail this attempt, I’ll be back again.
I will be attempting the unsupported and overall Teton Crest Trail FKT on Thursday, July 30th.
I will be attempting to establish an unsupported female FKT on Aug 8, 2020. Looking forward to the views!
I will be attempting to set a supported female fkt on Saturday 8/15. Super stoked to go spend a beautiful day in the backyard! Say hi if you see us out there! Tracking here: share.garmin.com/islandannie
