Another route to spark healthy competition for trail runners in the VB area. Start behind the food lion near Hot Tuna. Tag the concrete pillars and start running! Take the Cape Henry Trail through First Landing State Park all the way past the narrows and circle around the boat ramp bathrooms (Boat Ramp, 64th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451). Take a bathroom break if needed but not required for the FKT! Then double back using the Cape Henry Trail and you're done when you've tagged the concrete pillars behind food lion!!! ENJOY.

This is a 80km out-back route version along the north / east shore of the fjord in Parc National du Fjord-du-Saguenay between Tadoussac and Baie-Sainte-Marguerite.
