This is a classic forest mountain bike and running trail loop located in the University of West Florida’s protected wild life area. The trail is fairly flat but has some ups and downs and many tree roots sprawling across the path.

Traverse across the island starting/ending from the most Eastern and Western parts of Oahu - Makapu'u and Ka'ena Point. This is a fun alternative if you don’t want to spend all weekend attempting the Perimeter route.

You choose how you want to pass through Central Oahu. Whether you choose the hazardous “snake road” and Kunia Road or the less risky path through Wahiawa, Millilani and Waipio. And you choose your route along the Coastline.
