Why would you not want to run the Gower Path?! From Castle to Castle! Taking in the stunning scenery of the coastline as you go; from wide golden beaches to dramatic cliffs. The path is waymarked as it is a national path in an AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). This isn't an overly hilly path, but there are definitely some sections which get the lungs and legs burning. There are a number of facilities along the way to refuel and restock essential supplies, including toilets.
