Starting from the Arthurhaus climb to the Hochkönig summit 2940 meters. From the Hochkönig summit go down to the Hinterthal and then back to the Arthurhaus via the lower trails located on the slopes of Hochkönig. The climb to the summit is relatively easy and becomes slightly technical 3 km before the summit. The way down from the summit to the Hinterthal is very technical with many places requiring scrambling and via ferratas. The section from Hinterthal back to Arthurhaus is not technical, but requires some endurance especially after the climb to the summit.

This loop includes parts of the Matthews Hill, Stone Bridge and Henry Hill trails to explore the First Manassas battlefield in detail.  

The Henry Hill Loop encompasses the area of the most intense fighting during the First Battle of Manassas. Rickett's Battery, Jackson's Line, the Robinson Farm, and more are all part of this interpretive trail. 

Der Grenzpfad Napfbergland ist ein Fernwanderweg zwischen Emmental und Entlebuch. Ein Weg entlang der Grenzroute zwischen den Kantonen Bern und Luzern wo vor 150 Jahren noch feindliche Scharmützel stattfanden. Grenzen überwinden möchte der Grenzpfad, der von der barocken Anlage des ehemaligen Klosters St. Urban über wildromantische Wege bis auf den Brünigpass führt. Der Weg zieht durch die sanfte Hügellandschaft des Emmentals, durchs Biosphärenreservat Entlebuch und lässt auch aussichtsreiche Gipfel nicht aus: Napf, Wachthubel, Marbachegg und Brienzer Rothorn sind nur einige davon.
