Triple Crown:

Anton was our very first podcast, 3 1/2 years ago! He was very articulate even back then:
"Sometimes being successful means getting back to the car. Alive."
He was also Episode 127 last year:
"I don't identify with any one sport - it's about the pure experience"
Wilkinson Memorial Trail (NY)
The Wilkinson Memorial Trail is the longest trail in the Hudson Highlands Preserve. The trail is named for Samuel Wilkinson, a past president of the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference. It roughly follows the Dutchess-Putnam County line and is one of the few trails that crosses over the Breakneck/Fishkill Ridge. This trail receives less use than the super popular Breakneck and Casino Trails nearby, yet offers great views of the Hudson Valley, Catskill Mountains and New York City. The trail is roughly 7.7 miles long with 2600 feet of gain.
