Challenge yourself on some of the most rugged and beautiful terrain the west side of Mount Desert Island has to offer!

Inspired in part by the well known sub-ultra ski mountain races of western Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont (Loon, Cranmore, Cannon, etc.) this route covers similar elevation gain and distance to these classic 10k races but with a devilish amount of roots, rocks, and unpredictable footing.

Nice Trail Route on the EifelSpur Münstereifelsteig. Not very hard and good to run. Nice views over the Voreifel.
