The „Mein Grüngürtel Rundweg“ is a professionally labeled trail which circles the city of Cologne. Labeled and maintained by the „Kölner Grün Stiftung“, it is a 63km loop, which can be completed in one or split into several pieces, connecting parts of the city. The trail can be completed by bike, by running or hiking. Along side the trail, there are countless playgrounds, forests and fields to explore. On its way around Cologne it crosses the river Rhine via 2 bridges and gives a great scenery.
