Constance Pass Loop (Olympic National Park, WA)
This 45 mile route in Olympic National Park begins at the bottom of Tunnel Creek trail (accessed from the Dosewallips side; about a half mile from where the wash out, and now trailhead, begins). Continue on Tunnel Creek towards the trail head sign located on the other end of the trail. Once on the other side of Tunnel Creek, continue on NFD road 2740 and take a slight left onto the road towards the trailhead for Lower Big Quilcene. The route continues on Lower Big Quilcene until it meets Upper Big Quilcene (this is about the mid-point and good place to replenish supplies, if necessary.
Starnberger See Umrundung (Germany)
The Starnberger See, south of Munich, can be run around in roughly 50 Km. The path is mainly a bike and/or walking path, as close to the lake shore as possible, but always staying on publicly accessible and always open ways (e.g. not via the Buchheim Museum grounds, which can be closed at certain times). The route takes one from Starnberg down to Seeshaupt passing Leoni, Ammerland, and Ambach and then back to Starnberg along the other shore side passing Bernried, Tutzing, and Possenhofen to end up back at the ferry and train station of Starnberg.
