The trail passes through Sharon, Foxboro, Wrentham and Plainville in Massachusetts and through Cumberland, RI."

The Auckland Coast to Coast is a 10 mile/16 km walk between the Waitematā and Manukau harbours.  The route may be run in either direction. The out-and-back up to the summit of One Tree Hill must be completed, as must the loop around the car park at the peak.
