Mount Kenya (5199m) is the highest mountain in Kenya and the second-highest in Africa, after Kilimanjaro.  A Fila-sponsored ISF (Skyrunning) race was held on the mountain in 1995.

Toubkal (4167m) is the highest peak in Morocco.  Trekkers usually approach the mountain from the road-end village of Imlil. For experienced mountaineers, guides are not required for the normal route, as it is a moderate hike and orientation is not a problem.
