The Norfolk Coastal Path was established at 46 miles in 1986, then extended to 63 miles in 2014 and to 83 miles in 2016, from Hunstanton to Hopton on Sea.

The Monumental Loop is a 305-mile Figure-8 that starts in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Northern loop takes you through the Dona Anas, through Las Uvas and the Robledo Mountains. You return to Las Cruces, then head out on the Southern Loop to Franklin State Park in Texas, then through the Potrillo Mountains.  It is primarily a bike route put together by Matt Mason and Pablo Lopez.

The Grand Tour de Tarentaise  is a 295km loop route, partially in the Parc National de la Vanoise, France.  It was first established in 2013.

The "Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim" (R2R2R) is a world-class route, staring on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, running 5,000′ down to the Colorado River, across a bridge, then 6,000” up to the North Rim. Then back again.  Records have been known for decades for doing this on the South and North Kaibab Trails, crossing the river on the bridge near Phantom Ranch.  These are recorded here.
