Der Wald-Weinviertelweg 663 verläuft von Rosenburg/Kamp nach Retz. Er ist durchgehend recht gut markiert und führt hauptsächlich auf asphaltierten Güterwegen und Feldwegen durch typische Wald- bzw. Weinbaugebiete. Sowohl Start- als auch Endpunkt sind sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar.

This 50-mile point to point route departs the Horse Butte Trailhead off of National Forest Road 1815 just south of Bend, Oregon and goes up and over the Newberry National Monument with stops at East Lake and the top of Paulina Peak, then drops down past Paulina Creek falls and along Paulina Creek to the finish at the trailhead near Ogden Group Camp just east of La Pine, Oregon.  This route is almost entirely on rolling single track.  The route starts with buttery singletrack as it climbs to the rim of Newberry National Volcanic Monument, then it visits East Lake, continues up to Paulina Pea

Opening in 2015, the O'Keefe Rail Trail begins in Bendigo and covers a varied landscape of farmland, forest and scenic trail beside Lake Eppalock before the final stretch into Heathcote. There are a number of interesting features along the trail including old rail platforms, the Platypus Compass, and areas of cultural significance which are worth a look, as well as a few small towns which include Axedale at roughly the half way point with toilets and a playground right next to the trail.
