Tilted Compass (NH)
The Tilted Compass Challenge is a big day in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This is a "hike-drive-hike" challenge created by Joshua Brooks that is similar to a single day VT 4000 route. You hike a peak, travel to another, and repeat. This challenge is made up of the New Hampshire 4000 footers which are the Northernmost (Mt. Cabot), Easternmost (Mt. Moriah), Westernmost (Mt. Moosilaukee), and Southernmost (Mt. Whiteface). The goal is to complete them as quickly as possible in order within a single calendar day and drive time is included.
