Description

"The Bigfoot Trail is a long distance hiking trail through the Klamath Mountains of northwest California and, briefly, southwest Oregon. The trail begins in the Yolla Bolly-Middle Eel Wilderness and continues north. The trail ends near Redwood National and State Parks at the Pacific Ocean near Crescent City, California just south of Oregon. The establishment of this route will lead to a deeper understanding and awareness for this little known corner of California. Which should promote greater future sustainability for this botanical wonderland.

The Llan-Ceiriog Way

Description

The Llan Ceiriog Way is a fantastic link-up of two well established routes in and around the Dee Valley- The Llangollen Round (which circumnavigates the town of Llangollen) and the Llwybr Ceiriog Trail (which circumnavigates the village of Glyn Ceiriog). It's varied terrain of classic Welsh character, with savagely steep gradients up on Llantysilio mountain complementing nicely the rolling highly run-able ridgeline of the North Berwyn Way.
