Starting from the first Refugio on the righthand side when you enter. The first/ last 2k is a rocky with snow depending on the time of year. It can be super slick when it's raining. Take a left at the first fork past the abandoned refugio and then make stick to the right. There is a rocky climb to the high camp. Crampons on after the blue refugio for the remainder of the climb. There is a nice flatish 500m or so at about 5460 where the old high camp, campanmento argentino was located.

Dans ce parcours, vous allez découvrir 54,5 km de la région Mayennaise. Au départ, la commune de Saint Jean Sur Mayenne, elle est construite sur un éperon rocheux datant de l'époque carolingienne. Vous allez pouvoir, avec cette jolie boucle profiter du chemin de halage qui longe la rivière. La commune possède un beau patrimoine culturel avec la chapelle Saint-Trèche construite à l’emplacement d'un ancien monastère datant de l'an 854 ou encore le Château de la Chaussonnerie qui abrite une clochette du XVIIème siècle. Avec le « dit du 53 », la nature sera au rendez-vous.
