This is a hot and sweaty perimeter run on the Caribbean island of Barbados. The west coast is plagued by traffic and pot holes with very few sidewalks. And the East coast is a roller coaster of hills, and blind corners. If attempting, probably best to do it at night, as it's about 2 degrees cooler and you can see traffic better. But then you do have to deal with stray dogs.

Starting point is train station Charmonix - Montenvers.

The trail leads all the way up to Montenvers Mer de Glace; 1913 m.
