    Great job on your effort.  You missed over 100 miles of the trail though.  The next person that attempts this FKT, should they do the entire trail?  Run your route?   Or swap out even more trail for road miles?

    I am starting 20th July. Planning on FKT  hope Alan’s flagged time sticks. He actually ran further around Barry on a harder section for about a mile before getting back on it.  harsh if it’s not allowed.

    UPDATE: Two weeks after finishing the trail I figured out why I had so much knee pain. I got an MRI of my knee which revealed that I had a small crack in my knee cap. No wonder I had so much knee pain.
