This Bronx Perimeter route was scouted over the course of a couple months in the summer of 2022. This run is a part of my year long project to run all of the NYC Borough perimeters. I designed it to also allow for bike support across 100% of the route.

Monitor Rock is a ranked peak in the Mt. Elbert quad at 10,556’ and is an excellent scramble at 5.4 yds following this track. Racing up The Nose is a good way to climb a lot of vertical feet quickly.

The track is designed for those who want to do laps but will be submitted as a one lap unsupported female FKT. There are two tiers on the climb where choosing the path of least resistance is the fastest line however there are many lines and crack systems to the summit and this is the fastest line.
