Here is a Strava segment for the roundtrip, which is currently at around 1:26.

Accessible year round, Mount Olympus is a Wasatch classic that gains 4100 feet in just over 3.25 miles, about 6.5 miles round trip. A steep climb with a fun little scramble to the top.

Description

The idea was born during the Covid pandemic, to link the premiere South Island tourist towns of Queenstown and Wanaka, via a backcountry route. The idea is simple enough, touch Lake Wakatipu, run to Lake Wanaka, touch that, then run back to Lake Wakatipu. The recently created Mahu Whenua Covenant has opened up the wilderness of the Harris Mountains to public access, and makes a natural ridgeline connection between Lakes Wakatipu and Wanaka. It's an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Pocahontas State Park

Description

Pocahontas State Park is located in Chesterfield, VA.  It is a beautiful and well kept park accessible to runners, hikers, bikers, and horses.  Pocahontas is one of, if not the best, locations for trail running in the Richmond area.  I have been running here for over a decade when in Richmond and was surprised to see that a park of this popularity does not have an FKT.  This route covers 13.09 miles of multi-use trails throughout the park.  There are many more miles of trails for mountain biking and horseback riding.  The mountain bike trails can be dangerous for runners and the horse trail
