Cathlapotle Trail of 8 Falls (Lewis River)
While Oregon has Silver Creek’s enormously popular Trail of 10 Falls, Washington’s version on the Lewis River is a quieter version if no less stunning. Featuring thundering block style waterfalls, a unique double rock arch waterfall and other gorgeous water features, the Lewis River Trail is a trailrunners dream. With old growth forest, buttery singletrack and for most of the trail, solitude, this route is open for most of the year. The waterfalls change appearance with water levels, making this a route that is fun to return to again and again.

West Highland Way 180
The route starts at the train station in Aviemore and follows the East Highland Way to FortWilliam and then picks up the West Highland Way to Milngarvie. The route is varied and covers many different terrains. The first 85 miles (Aviemore to Fortwilliam) isn't very well way marked, however the second part 96 miles (Fortwilliam to Milngarvie) is very well way marked. More information regarding the route can be found on the following webiste who I undertook the event WHW 180 with. West Highland Way CHALLENGE Race - Welcome + Race

British Virgin Islands High Point - Mt. Sage - sea to summit
Mt. Sage is the highest point in the British Virgin Islands, at 1709 ft above sea level.
This route starts at the ocean in the most beautiful bay in all of Tortola, Cane Garden Bay, and climbs steeply to the summit of Mt. Sage, around some rugged trails in the National Park with amazing views, and back down to the ocean.
