Buddha Temple is an aesthetically magnificent feature located on the north side of the Colorado river. The journey has it all from incredible views, off trail boulder hopping, prickly pear dodging, technical rock climbing, and best of all: solitude! Buddha is truly a testpiece for anyone who considers themselves an adventure runner.

Ein Elisabethpfad war im Jahr 1994 zwischen Marburg und dem Kloster Altenberg vom Oberhessischen Gebirgs-Verein (OHGV) und dem Wanderpädagogen Rainer Brämer eingerichtet worden. Zum Jahrtausendwechsel hat die Evangelische Kirche in Hessen und Nassau ab dem Jahr 2000 diesen Wanderweg von Frankfurt her verlängert und mit dem leuchtend roten Wanderzeichen markiert. Damit wurde der erste kirchliche Pilgerweg in Deutschland geschaffen.

From the sea in the UAE to Jebel Jais summit in Oman.

10km of road and gravel track from the sea in RAK to Ghalila Dam, marking the start of the ascent to Jebel Jais. The climb consists mainly of single track on rough terrain up to Jebel Jais true summit in Oman (altitude 1934m), passing by UAE's highest point.

Options of doing only "Up" route or "Up & Down" route taking the same path all the way back to the starting point.
