Description

The Annandale Way, the Way is a 56 mile walking trail which was formally opened in 2009 it starts in the market town of Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway Scotland and finishes south of small town of Annan on the sea shore at village of Newbie, it is normally walked over 4 to 5 days. It takes in a number of South West Scotland beauty spots, including the Devil's Beef Tub, Lochmaben Castle, Hoddam Castle, a Loch, and the Joe Graham's Monument.

Startpunkt des durchgängig mit den Kennbuchstaben AL markierten Rundwanderwegs ist der Parkplatz Langer Kamp direkt an der Lenne in Altena.

The Goyt Way follows the River Goyt south from Etherow Country Park to Whaley Bridge. It is marked on OS Mapping.
