This course follows the modern Superior 100 Mile Trail Endurance Run course from start to end with a return to the start (or reverse). The Superior 100 Mile Trail Endurance Run is a 95% trail point-to-point ultra on the Superior Hiking Trail along the Sawtooth Mountains in Northern Minnesota following the shore of Lake Superior. Offering beautiful views of Lake Superior and inland forests as it crosses rivers cut into the ancient lava bedrock filled in with Boreal forest.

Mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 the area of Lullingstone is a site of historic significance. This established route starts and finishes at the entrance to the Lullingstone Visitor Centre. You will set off following the River Darent towards Shoreham village. Blink and you'll risk missing Shoreham because this quaint little village is barely more than two streets. Then the undulating paths start, and the first one is a beast. You will spend a short time back on the road before heading on trails towards and through Lullingstone Park and golf course.
