Seven of the New Mexico 12,000 footers are located in the Latir Peak Wilderness, in the Sangre de Christo Range in northern New Mexico.
This route blends breathtaking scenery with challenging terrain, Bow Valley and Kananaskis Country are absolute gems. Nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. This route offers terrain from gentle forest paths to rugged alpine terrain following along the TCT for a large portion of the route.
Starting in Bragg Creek to lower Kananaskis Lake through the Bow valley including Banff and Canmore this breathtaking loop will end back in Bragg Creek. Total distance is close to 300KM with 5600M of elevation gain.
