Description

Slesse is one of the better-known summits in the Chilliwack River Valley, and certainly one of the most prized. Alpine climbers flock to the northeast buttress (the king line) but the voie normale ascends 2200m out of Slesse Creek and follows a system of gullies and ledges to the summit. The route goes at 5.6, although the climbing portion is short-lived and the majority of the route consists of exposed 3rd and 4th class scrambling.
