Description

Point of departure: Seoul Subway Line 5, Gwangnaru Station, Exit 2
Point of arrival: Seoul Subway Line 3/Bundang Line, Suseo Station, Exit 5

(or you may run the other direction)

As per all sections along the Seoul trail, follow the orange ribbons, Seoul Trail signs, and floor markings. The course is really well marked.

Cerro La Paloma (Chile)

Description

Cerro La Paloma is an iconic peak of the Santiago region, one of the only two with Cerro Plomo covered of snow all year long. The normal route begins from Yerba Loca, a private park located at the turn number 15 on the road to Farallones. There is no public transportation to get there. Booking must be made at least a day before arrival. As this route is long and the park is only open from 8h30 and 18h (and there are still 20 minutes’ drive from the gate to the actual route start), you may consider arriving the day before and booking a campsite.

Roman Dial has done things you never imagined.  Do you aspire to do a 100 mile trail race?  He's never done one - instead he invented races that make 100's look like a 10k in Central Park.

"Three of us decided to see how far one could go completely Unsupported. I ended up hiking 625 miles across Alaska in 25 days. All food and gear with me start to finish. My pack weighed 59 lbs; 45 of which was food."

Most of Roman's trips were "OKTs" - "Only Known Times".  But in this very podcast, he coined the term "LKTs".  What's an LKT??

Tolt Pipeline Trail: Woodinville - Snoqualmie Valley (WA)

Description

This segment of the Tolt Pipeline trail goes from Woodinville to Snoqualmie Valley. It includes the infamous "Hollywood (Heart Attack)" hill at the beginning of the route. There are several more steep climbs throughout the route. It is great for trail runners in the area who are looking to do some hill training but don't have the time to drive out to the mountains for a steep route.
