Exeter Green Circle (United Kingdom)
The Exeter Green Circle is a 12.5 mile loop around the city of Exeter, using largely off road paths through parks and the hills around Exeter. It gives beautiful views of the city from the hills around the city and you can even see the sea from some points. During the winter months it can be very muddy and slippery on the paths so trail shoes are recommended. You go past a few shops if refuelling is needed and you could easily start and finish from Exeter St David's or Exeter Central station. There are a number of road crossing where care must be taken.

Imber Range Perimeter Path (United Kingdom)
The 30 mile (48km) circular route follows the perimeter of the Imber Firing Range Danger Area, a military training firing range on Salisbury Plain mainly following the escarpment above Westbury White Horse and passing several Iron Age hill forts. Other points of interest include Gore Cross (the robber's stone), and Imber village which can be seen at the halfway point.
