Pine Creek Rail Trail (PA)
The Pine Creek Rail Trail is a railroad that was converted to a cinder trail. It starts near Wellsboro, PA and finished in Jersey Shore, PA. Generally, it follows Pine Creek, a beautiful stream that flows down the "Pennsylvania Grand Canyon". It is in a very remote part of PA with no cell service, except for 1/2 mile about mid-way through. The trail is marked very well the entire length. It starts at a yellow gate on Mile 0 and ends in a parking lot in Jersey Shore at Mile Post 63 (although it is not quite 63 miles long). My time starts at the gate at Mile 0 and stopped at mile post 63.
Majors Mountain (Barstow, CA)
Up and down Majors Mountain, starting from Joseph L. Boll Ave, just west of Sorensen Field, outside Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow. Run north through the gravel parking lot and follow it all the way down until your forced to make a right. At this point this is where the run gets fun. You’ll see a large metal pipe going under the rail road tracks. Proceed under the rail road tracks and head straight out onto the gravel/sand road leading into what is commonly known as the Mojave River bed. Follow the sand road path up to the fire break road roughly a mile ahead.

A Smuggler's Round (United Kingdom)
The Route starts on the bottom of the concrete slope at Combe Martin Beach next to Klin Car park. You summit Little hangman, Great hangman & Holdstone before continuing east following the route that’s closest to the sea. You drop down off Holdstone into Heddons mouth before climbing back out up towards Woody Bay. Once you’ve ran through Woody Bay you push on beneath the valley of rocks, up Hollerday Hill & drop down towards Lynton before heading west. Follow the route west sticking to the route that’s now furthest from the sea. You will re-summit Holdstone & Great Hangman.
Nadmorski Szlak Zatokowy (Niebieski) Jurata-Krokowa (Poland)
Nadmorski Szlak Zatokowy (Niebieski) - The Coastal Bay Trail (Blue) runs along the northern part of the Kashubian Coast in the land part, and also largely along the Hel Peninsula. The trail begins (or ends) in Krokowa and ends (or begins) in Jurata. The total length of the trail is about 55 km. The trail runs along the shore of the Baltic Sea (Zatoka Gdańska, Zatoka Pucka) and also along the beach from the side of the open Baltic Sea. However, for the most part it runs along beautiful forest paths and roads.
