The 30 mile (48km) circular route follows the perimeter of the Imber Firing Range Danger Area, a military training firing range on Salisbury Plain mainly following the escarpment above Westbury White Horse and passing several Iron Age hill forts. Other points of interest include Gore Cross (the robber's stone), and Imber village which can be seen at the halfway point.

"This course travels through Hwarangdae Station – Mukdongcheon – Mangusan Mountain - Yongmasan Mountain - Achasan Mountain – Gwangnaru Station. The section along the ridge between Yongmasan and Gwangnaru Station commands a particularly nice view. In Mangu Cemetery, there are tombs of celebrities like Han Yong-un and Bang Jeong-hwan. The trail is also host to Achasan Fortress, dating back to the Goguryeo Dynasty (circa 37 BC – 668 AD)."

Description

Gunung Lambak is a mountain located in Peninsular Malaysia, the state of Kluang, Johor. It stands at 510m tall, offering a view of Kluang Town at the summit.

It has been developed as a recreational and tourist attraction called Mount Lambak Recreational Forest. Pathways and wooden bridges make it relatively easy to climb to the summit, and a picnic spot at the base of the mountain has car parking, benches, a small children's playground and toilets. There is also chalet accommodation, camping facilities and a swimming pool.

Cable Line Trail (WA)

Description

This almost straight up vertical climb tears your strength and endurance for sure .  The route is extremely rooty and rocky.  In the winter it is also very wet in places with possible ice and snow .  A lot of places it is too steep to run and power hiking takes precedence; there are a few flatter sections that are runnable.  One of my favorite shorter vertical climbs for sure .
