Description

The route starts at St. Olofs church in Falköping, it goes over Mössberg then passes through Gudhem and Lake Hornborga visitor centre before arriving in Varnhem.

The path is waymarked with the classic pilgrimage mark of the red St. Olof’s mark. It’s the stretch that has the strongest historic connection to the pilgrimage phenomenon with old churches, etc.

Some elevation in the beginning and the end of the route, a bit flatter along Lake Hornborga. In overall a really pleasant route, with great sceneries. A mix of trail and asphalt, but not much traffic on the roads.
