From Lées:  Starting point is in front of the church in Lées. Take the road climbing up the village and follow the Anitch trail (400mD+) then the trail is more flat. It is continuing on a road (a farm is down on the left). On the right you have to climb on a trail towards a electrical cabin and then it's a steep climb towards cayolar de boué then in the forest take the refuge de laberouat direction. Past the refuge, go trough the forest towards the mountains.
