Triathlon:  This is an interesting route because it connects a capital city to alpine environment combining biking, running and climbing in an authentic way.  It is just 60km bike ride from Madrid and you are in a beautiful mountain environment (More often than not, alone!).  

Streek-GR Haspengouw

With Streek-GR Haspengouw we find ourselves in the fruitiest part of Belgium. ‘Grote Routepaden’- Great Route Trails- and the Regional Landscape Haspengouw & Voeren developed a 180 km long pathway through many changing landscapes, castle domains, character villages and orchards. "Well chosen, tranquil pathways and excellent signposting. Ideal for long distance walkers."

The standard round-loop measures 130km, on top of that there are also 50km of traverses to various regional highlights.
