City of Buffalo Perimeter (NY)

Description

Founded in 1801, Buffalo, the Queen City, is New York's second largest city.  This route is a  32.9 mile / 50+ km flat Urban Ultra that follows the perimeter of Buffalo.  This  route featuring sidewalks, residential streets and multi-use/bike paths. 

For this route, you will start in front of the University at Buffalo South Campus and look to follow the outermost street / path where practical.  This route can be run in either direction. 

Ajusco a la Virgen, Parque San Nicolás Totolapan, CDMX (Mexico)

Description

Es una ruta que se encuentra en la Ciudad de México, específicamente, en el km 11 de la carretera Picacho-Ajusco, donde se encuentra el Parque San Nicolás Totolapan. La ruta va desde la entrada donde esta la pluma de entrada, no la del estacionamiento, la que esta donde te cobran el boleto de entrada al parque, hasta la Virgen de piedra de 3 metros de altura  y de regreso. La subida es dificil con rampas de bastante pendiente pero si eres bueno para los descensos lo puedes disfrutar mucho e ir a mucha velocidad. 

Clingman's Dome, Deep Creek (NC, TN)

Description

Clingman's Dome is the highest point in Tennessee, the highest point along the Appalachian Trail, and the second highest point in North Carolina!

Ascent:  Begin at the Deep Creek Trailhead and ascend to the Pole Road Trail, then on to the Noland Divide Trail which joins the Clingman's Dome Road. Continue to the left (uphill) on Clingman's Dome Road 1.0 mile to the Clingman's Dome Parking lot, and continue up Clingman's Dome Trail to the summit!  Note there is no up & down FKT for this route. If you want to return to the TH take the Loop variation below.

Clingman's Dome Loop from Noland's Creek TH, North Carolina. 

Clingman's Dome is the highest point in Tennessee, the highest point along the Appalachian Trail, and the second highest point in North Carolina!

Ascent:  Begin at the Noland's Creek Trail Head and ascend Noland's Creek to the Springhouse Branch Trail, and then onto the Forney Ridge Trail, and finally on to the Clingman's Dome Trail. Note:  There is no up & down FKT on this route.  If you want to return to your starting point take the loop variation below!
