Glyndŵr’s Way is one of the 16 National Trails of England and Wales. The route is named after Owain Glyndŵr, the 15th century warrior/statesman who attempted to establish an independent Welsh nation. The route is not mountainous but is very, as it circles through the remote and lightly populated areas of mid Wales associated with Owain Glyndŵr.
