Start and finish from gate with parking lot just outside of Ørsta. Run to the summit of Nivane (940 m.a.s.l) and do the traverse to Vardehornet (1009 m.a.s.l), Saudehornet (1303 m.a.s.l) and down to Vallahornet (830 m.a.s.l). Follow trail back to the parking lot. 

Soft-surface (mostly gravel) trail that connects 4 towns (Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie), many parks, with beautiful sunrises/sets and neat wildlife like coyotes, bald eagles, owls, vultures, and an occasional bobcat.  If you're a runner in the general vicinity, you have run part of this trail; but doing it all at once is a fantastic experience as well.
