Better known as the Santanoni Range, this 16 ish mile loop trail takes you over three of the more remote Adirondack 46ers. On mostly herd paths you get to enjoy the summits of Panther, Couchsachraga, and Santanoni Peaks. Additional features include: the Couchsachraga bog, Bradley pond, and several streams.

Der Nibelungensteig ist ein insgesamt 130 Kilometer langer, mit dem Gütesiegel Qualitätsweg Wanderbares Deutschland zertifizierter Fernwanderweg. Wanderer, die den Nibelungensteig komplett unter die Füße nehmen, durchqueren ab Zwingenberg an der Bergstraße den Odenwald bis Freudenberg am Main. Mit über 4.000 Höhenmetern führt der Steig bewusst über die Höhen und Täler des Odenwaldes. Durch den steten Wechsel bergauf und bergab, handelt es sich um die sportlichste Herausforderung in Sachen Wandern im gesamten Odenwald.

Mount Rose is a classic Tahoe peak that sits in the Carson Range, a spur of the Sierra Nevada that curves into Nevada. Mount Rose is the 2nd highest in the Tahoe Basin, the highest in Washoe County, and the 3rd most prominent peak in the Sierra Nevada. It is well worth a visit and provides the successful climber with stunning views of Lake Tahoe, Downtown Reno, and the surrounding Tahoe mountains. The FKT begins at "Mount Rose Summit" along SR 431 where there is amble parking, restrooms and maps.
