This route allows to do all iconic trails around the village of Mont-Dore, in Auvergne, at the heart of Massif Central. Starting at the huge parking of Salon du Capucin, the route gets you to the ridge linking the Puy de Sancy summit, the highest of the area, and ending at Roc Cuzeau. Then, the route goes North, linking the famouses Col de la Croix St-Robert to Col de la Croix Morand passing by Puy de l'Angle summit. A very nice descent allows to fast runners to enjoy the arrival of Col de la Croix Morand.

The Stockholm Archipelago Ultraswimrun Challenge (SAUC) - Arholma to Landsort

The classical delimitation of the Stockholm archipelago lies in-between the northern island and lighthouse of Arholma and the southern island and lighthouse of Landsort.

The SAUC swimrun FKT starts at point A - Båk Lighhouse at Arholma and finishes at point B – Landsort lighthouse in Nynäshamn, Stockholm, Sweden.

Safety vessel is however allowed to provide for safety in the water.

Standard universal swimrun rules for gear applies.

Starting from the village of Amsouzart 1786m, climb the mountain pass of Tizi n'Ououraine 3110m.  Drop down to the valley and keep going all the way to the saddle than the ridge of Adrar n'dern to the highest peak Jebel Iferouane 4001m. Take the same route on the way back.
