Around Island of Ven

This route follows Offa's Dyke from the north coast of Wales to the summit of Moel Famau, and then down to the car park at Bwlch Penbarras.  Offa's Dyke  is a large linear earthwork that roughly follows the current border between England and Wales.

A circular route around Stone in Staffordshire starting at Yarnfield and visiting the villages of Swynnerton, Beech, Tittensor, Barlaston, Moddershall, Fulford, Milwich, Hartley Green, Salt, Hopton, Whitgreave and Norton Bridge.

Start at Solang Valley (Hotel Iceland). Up via village and reach Shagadugh clearing. Meadows with beautiful Himalayan flowers. Then climb through alpine forests till you reach the ridge. Steep climb till snow patches at 3800m. After a morraine section, the peak ascent involves snow climbing till the other side of the valley is visible. Descend via same route.
