Adirondack 46 High Peaks (NY)
The High Peaks is the name for the 46 highest summits in the Adirondacks of New York. Most are over 4,000 feet. Wikipedia has a nice description.
Climbing all 46 peaks over some time period has been a thing to do for decades. The ADK46-R Club has recorded thousands of people who have completed them all.
Conestoga Trail (PA)
Keith Winder posted about this route & his run:
On November 6th, I completed the entire length of the Conestoga Trail (66.20 miles during Hunting Season) in Lancaster County. I ran/walked the trail from North to South, completing it in a total time of 15:40:34 (start = 6:00am / finish = 9:40pm). This was a supported run, during which I carried food and water, but had people along the way providing refills. I had other people running with me at varying times throughout the race.
Notch Trail, Hudson Highlands (NY)

On 12/12/2015 I ran out-and-back along the length of the Notch Trail at Hudson Highlands State Park in 2:10:30. I began at the Route 9D trailhead, ran to the end of the Notch Trail (where it meets the Washburn Trail and Nelsonville Trail), then back to the 9D trailhead. My Garmin watch has it at 11.3 miles, though the official Hudson Highlands map lists it as 12.2 (6.1 each way).
