Manhattan Loop (NY)

Description

The route takes you around the perimeter of Manhattan island in New York. You can start anywhere on the perimeter. On the west side of Manhattan you can follow the Hudson walkway all the way, then loop along the tip of downtown by Battery Park walkway and past the Staten Island ferry stop, this then connects with the East river walkway which takes you all the way up the East side. Then run all the way up to 125th on the east side, cut into Adam Clayton Powell and run north until it dead ends. Take a left on 155th and pick up the Harlem River Drive bike/pedestrian path (on your right).

So how did she go 11 DAYS faster than her previous effort?

Klosterheden Mountain Bike Track (Denmark)

Description

The route follows Denmark's longest mountain bike track in one of the wildest area's of the Danish west coast. The forest has the largest pack of otter's and red deer in Denmark.  54km.

Nissum Fjord Stien (Denmark)

Description

The route leads runners around the "Nissum Fjord" in the western part of denmark. It starts and finishes in the little city "Vemb". The tourist office made the route a while ago to promote tourism to this beautifull part of Denmark. A danish folder about the nature and the route can be seen in the link below.
